Step 1. Who you are

Your name, your club, a phone number or email, and the hours you need each week. We need these before you can pick times, so we know who to call about them. Other clubs never see any of it.

This is the most you can mark as must-have, so the schedule shows what each club truly needs. Add as many second choices as you like.

Step 3. Your request

Only NØK sees these two answers. They help us plan the schedule fairly.

Your times save as you go. Sending tells us you are finished. You can still change things after sending, and we will see that you did.

What happens next: we look at every club's request together and contact you by phone or email about which times we can hold. Nothing is booked until we both agree.

Nothing on this page is a booking, a price or an agreement. The facility is not built yet. This is how we plan the schedule with clubs before it opens.

Step 2. Your weekly schedule

Pick the times you want each week.

How to pick: set the two switches just above the schedule, then tap a time to add it, tap it again to remove it, or drag down a day to add a block. The switches stay on screen while you pick, and they apply to the times you tap next.

Cross court or full floor. A cross court is half the floor, so two clubs can play at once and these times are much easier to get. The full floor is the whole gym, and nobody else can use it at that time.

Must have or second choice. Must have: times you need. Second choice: times you would take if your must-haves are gone. No club ever sees another club's name.

You cannot see other clubs while you pick. The schedule shows only your own times, on purpose, so you ask for the times you actually want instead of the ones you think are still free. When you send your request, this page shows you which of your times other clubs asked for too.

Price tiers

Time is booked in half hours. Each time of day falls in one of the four tiers above. A standing weekly time costs less than a one-off, and a cross court costs less than the full floor. Prices are not set yet. We will agree them with you directly once we know which times you want.
